Trying to have piCal export to .ics file

Is there a way for piCal to export it's whole calandar listing to a .ics file either manually or automatically via a cron job?

Cron Jobs is something else - I know I have it in Cpanel but wouldn;t have a clue how to use them except I know you can use them for backups...I suggest you search google for info on cron jobs - then see what you can do with them.
