I´m trying to install XOOPS and after installing I got a blank page, in the faq "blank page" topic (https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=80) I cannont find a solution

This are the warning that I got, among dozens of notices, I really need help here, please.

It looks like the templates_c folder is not writable. On Windows IIS, make sure the IUSR account has full privileges to the folder.
