hey i want a theme that is black back ground with white txt and white borders anyone want to make a theme like that oh and the website i want to put it on is www.throlsonhackers.com

Hi Nickthrolson - please use the tools available to you - search for themes here and on google. If you want free ones ad 'free' to your search words. - 'Free XOOPS themes' will show you what is about.
