Re: Modules Administration error

Did you do this
Quote:
Log into your site via FTP and check the permissions on the cache directory. For most hosting accounts, the permissions will need to be chmod 777 or Read/Write/Execute for Owner, Group, and World.

After you verify the permissions, check to see if there is a file called adminmenu.php inside of the cache/ folder. If there is, delete it. It will be recreated the next time you log into the Admin panel of your site.

Hope that helps.

James

from the post you reposnded to earlier?
Can you acces the admin? What do your php, MySQL and smarty debug say?

Try using ftp to remove the multimenu and jobs - go back to how it was and see if it works...then you will know there was something wrong in the upload to the modules folder. HTH

What theme are you using? try setting the admin theme to 'default' in the system preferences. Maybe try to update the system module in modules admin.

Try that then report back.

before reinstalling try to upgrade to XOOPS 2.2.4

And does your debug produce any errors?

I have to go so I can't reply till tonight.
