Submitting a Theme

I have a theme I recently completed and want to submit it to XOOPS for review. But when I go to https://xoops.org/modules/library/ and then click on the link that says "Add the latest version of your own theme to the Library" it says I'm not approved to submit.

How do I go about getting approved?

The link appears broken. I've done this before successfully. I doubt it is you.

Because of the hack attack, you can no longer submit themes through the Themes Library.

You need to post it in XOOPS News, under Themes and someone will review it and post the article for you.

I just submitted one yesterday and it was published today.

That's a sad statement. Would be nice if everyone played nicely, wouldn't it.

Funny, i've had 2 news items regarding new themes lately, and neither has been added to the the theme library.
