where can i get the xoops theme

i want the theme that xoops.org uses or something similar i dont know if the theme is what i want i wana have the thing that drops down when u go over some ones name in a blog and it says send private message visit website dose any one know what im talking about thanks

You don't use much punctuation, do you :)

The drop down menu to visit the user's website etc. is standard in newbb2. I'm not absolutely sure but I think if you download newbb2 from the module repository, it will be included.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong
