Recent Wf-downloads block not show for not admin groups.

Hi,
i have a problem with recent wf-downloads block, only can be viewed by the admin,
The rest of the groups can´t view the block.

I configured correctly all the permission in system groups, in system blocks, and in the module too, but still without can fix this.

Anybody had this bug too?

pd: where is the permission for this block & groups in the MySQL database, i want check that.
