2.0.9.2 > 2.0.13.2 upgrade

I heard the DB hasn't changed, so I could just use my old DB and put in the 2.0.13.2 "full version" web files without an actual upgrade, is this correct?

Not a good idea I beleive - do them one at a time....follow each up grade up to 2.0.13.2 - I did and had not ahssles at all. If you are unsure of the process check the tutorial xxops system upgrade before you start.
