Still some bugs with the SmartMail pre-release I think. I have the crontabs running, the mail-serv database setup, and still no dispatches. Just weird errors. Hope it gets sussed out soon. I tried running the crons manually. They run but have errors and don't send. I need this module bad.

Hadn't heard of this module before and have no direct experience with it. No time this week to explore it.

One difference I can see from the description is the use of plug-ins. SmartMail currently works with just about all XOOPS module's blocks - no plug in's required.

i have some problems too with the Smartmail module,
The instalasion and stuff whent pritty good.
Only when i activated the Cron Job...he said 0retrieved and 0send...how can i fix this?

i really want my mailmodule..to send mails;)
