Hey Folks,

A while ago I posted the following thread at https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=46149&forum=20&post_id=202684#forumpost202684

Unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet.
Is there anybody who can give me some insight about how (inconsistent) special characters are being generated by Xoops.
For example in some situations the quote sign is generated as " and in other as 'quot'.
