newBB2 Displays Incorrectly

I'm using XOOPS version 2.0.13.1 and just ugpraded to newBB2. After uploading all files and upgrading, the forums do not display correctly. Here is a link to the forums of my site:
http://ptc.theleftcoast.us/modules/newbb/

Does anyone have an idea on how I can fix it? If more information is needed, just let me know.

I never ran the script or read the tutorial

I followed the tutorial and ran the script, once again it said everything installed fine. Yet the same problem occurs. Could it be that I'm using newBB 2.02?

Try emptying your template_c and cache folder, except for index.html and adminmenu.php. See if it clears. You will also have to set permissions on all categories and forums.
