Hello
I upgraded my XOOPS 2.0.13.1 website to 2.2.3a-Final version using the Upgrade patch. All went smoothly. But i have encountered a Problem.
The site ishttp://www.holyghostexpress.com . Only the BlockHeaders are visible But no HTML content. The other Blocks are visible! Please help.
Also I cannot View the Users in My Edit users option in The Admin CP. It says only 1 Active user. but i have more than 30 Active users!

i think i remember these as a couple of road blocks i ran into when i upgraded to 2.2.x a while back....

especially with 2.2.x and the compatability issues the new suite brings, it's important to, whenever you put new files on the site, to update your modules, especially the system module. based on those errors, it might be a syncronization error. try updating your modules from the modules administration page.

for the custom blocks, i think there's some weird difference between 2.0.x and 2.2.x that prevents them from being migrated over. i'll try looking into it a bit more, but for now, if it's not too difficult, might as well cut your losses and build them over again. to create a custom block in 2.2.x, go to the blocks page and use the slider at the top of the list to find the listing system > custom block.

for the users being lost, did you try users > find users? if that doesn't work, there's a good chance they can be found under modules > extended profiles > users. it's a little complicated with the new system, but you have to click the "add" hyperlink that's to the right of the slider. it'll find all the users in the system and display them for you to select from.

Well!

I updated all the Modules and it worked! Thanks! But I cannot solve the Problem with Listing the Users! I still get the Number of users as 0!

Yea I tried the Extended Profiles... But still No Luck it doesnot List any users I try "List" Option and select the "Registered" option and then Click Refresh. It says 37 users But No user is Listed!

I get an Error while Updating the Modules " No Profile fields found" but it updates the Modules.
Please Help Me!

Check the system admin - templates area. See if any templates need generating. It should be any cloned templates that would require it.

I have not cloned any templates and the default XOOPS template doesnot need regenerating.
Can you tell me what do I do about the Member List being showd as 0?

I cannot edit any user since i Cannot Select any user!

There are database changes from 2.0x to 2.2x which is why the install script needs to be run.

See this Flash Tutorial, it shows an upgrade to an older 2.2 version. It should give you the idea of anything missed in the upgrade. It is a very large file so give it time to load.

Well,

These Steps I took while Updating:

1) Enabld PHP Debug in the Admin-> General Settings
2)Uploaded everything Except for Extended Profiles('Cause I forgot!)
3)Ran xoopsupdate.php
4)Refreshed the Page and Clickd Submit Button
5)I then realised that "Extended Profiles" Module was not uploaded when i saw the message: Module Not found
6) I uploaded the Extended Profiles module and updated it in the admin.
7) It didnot update so I re-ran xoopsupdate.php. No Errors this time But the extended profiles didnot update when i tried to update it in the Admin.
8) So I uninstalled it and again reinstalled it . This time it installed properly but I it said 0 Users whereas there are 37.
9)I updated every module that i had installed previously. The Blocks problem Got solved. but each module update gave me a message :No Profile fields found.

what Do I do Now Please?
