This is a fresh download.. No mods have been done... Fresh install everything works correctly other than this message... I am running window Server 2003 using IIS with php4.1 ive been looking for a way to debug it... Cant find anything... Please help...

Turn debug mode off in your system preferences. DOn't worry about errors, they don't pose any problem.

so how do you prevent persons on the web looking at your web site from experiencing the same annoywing PHP errors, after my XOOPS install, i am also having troubles with this, can you please go into more detail on how to eliminate this issue.

are you referring to the server where the XOOPS code resides or are you talking about settings on our personal computers?

Go into your webbrowser -> log onto your XOOPS website and log on as admin. Then, Administration menu -> System Admin > Preferances > General Settings > Debug mode=OFF.

Please note that these are not XOOPS errors. They are merely PHP notice errors due to a parser change in the PHP interpreter. They do not affect XOOPS sites. Once you switch off PHP Debug Mode they will not appear.
