How I can get latest news to the main/top page like in this site?

You need to use the 'lastest news' block, found in Blocks

well, there isn't any "lates news" block, only recent news.
And it shows list of them. I want so there's whole last news visible in main page, if possible.

I would also like some more information here? Thanks in advance.

I have the "Recent News" block up and running. Basically, I would like the Top Page of my site to display all the "Recent News" just the same as the display if I choose the "News" module itself. As it is now, it only shows the first few lines of each news item without any "Comments" option, etc.

This seems like such a basic feature. How can I do this? Do I need to change the template? Thanks.

Set the News module as "module for top page" in preferences -> general settings?

That did it! Here I was looking for a option in the News Module, not in the site-wide preferences. Thanks.
