at least paste the html code of the block to make it back by custom block..

Click on "Blocks" in the admin, you'll get a list with at the top a dropdown selectionbox, under "system" you'll see "custom block"...

Had to search for it too

i finded from where to put an custom block...but i meen what is the html code for the block that used to be till 2013 site info?I meen that block that showed the WEBMASTERS of the site....!???!
