I installed an upgrade from 2.0.9.2 to 2.0.10
no problems...
Then from 2.0.10 to 2.1.1 and all hell breaks loose...

On the install folder a prompt comes up for my username and password for the install and I put in my usual admin u/p and I get "not allowed to access the install" or something like that.

I have SSL and direct access to the server..
Is there something really simple I'm missing here?

if you are upgrading to 2.1.1, what are you doing in the install folder?

Guess because I'm not the brightest bulb in the box ...

The first time I tried the update I got so many errors that I thought there was something I was missing..
So I re did it from scratch and thought there was an install command after the basic upgrade...
So far I am only copying over the files into the appropriate areas...
