Page 2 and 3 missing in theme downlods

Why when you click on Themes Library page 2 and 3 there are no themes in them? A glitch or done for unknown purpose?

Those are not actual page numbers, they show themes whose name starts with the #2 or #3, just like clicking on A shows themes that begin with the letter A.

That makes a lot of sense Not. Page number that reflects to an alph/numeric character. In a bacground it should put in pages not looking are there any items in that alpha/numeric category.
