Anyone know of a dropdown menu module that can have three levels of dropdown and that can be changes according to user group setup.

Probably you are refering to a class instead of a module. As far as I know there is not any at the moment. At least a few months ago I could not find it, since I would like to use such functionality as well.

actually there is a module, i'm testing it but i cann't get it to work, you can use position to add levels and it has the posibility to choose between all users and members only
