News 1.3 don't works!!!

Hi!!!
I had problems with News 1.2. So, I uninstalled it and installed a fresh News 1.3 module from zero. I upgraded too and created various topics but it don't works 'cause I cannot save the permissions. I click separately on "all" cell to webmasters at the three forms but it don't save and still says "you don't have the permissions..." What's wrong? I cannot see the topics in the permissions area? Is it normal? How can I fix it? Herve (or anybody), do you know?

I try to save one by one the three permissions forms but it did'n t take it... Don't know what is wrong. Is it normal that I cannot see the topics in the permissions area, as I see with AMS?

This doesn't sound normal to me at all. If the topics aren't showing, then there is a problem even before we get to the permissions. Do you get any errors with PHP debug enabled?

Thanks brash for your answer.
With PHP debug enabled, it don't show no fatal error or notice about news. The topics are showing in the topics area, but not in the permissions area... Can you realize what happens?

And this is after a fresh install, not an upgrade? What about enabling MySQL debug? Any MySQL errors?

Hi!
Yes brash, this is after a fresh install, not an upgrade. Enabling MySQl Debug, or any debug mode, it's the same: no fatal errors or notice about News it's reported. Don't know if it's connected but previously I was testing modules and I installed simultaneously News 1.1 with Newscategory module (that upgraded News to 1.2), Altern8news and News2 module. But then, I couldn't sumbmit any post from any of them, News include. And I couldn't actualize the date of any old post, 'cause I clicked on the cell and saved, but it didn't take it.
Now, with News 1.3, I clicked on the "all" topics's cell in the permissions area and it didn't take it in the same way. But maybe that it don't works because there are shown no topics that I created in the topics area. Do you understand me?
I am afraid that I have to reinstall the whole XOOPS again... Any other idea?

Does AMS work? My feeling would be that these other modules might be at the root of the issue. Are any of them still installed?

Yes, only AMS is installed still and works fine, topics and permissions included. Maybe News 1.3 don't works with AMS?
Do you think that I should uninstall it and try again only with News 1.3?
