Would anybody be willing to help me with making a custom block, my php knowledge is not so good.

What I need is a menu that will display the categories and then the articles as dynamic sublinks under the categories. I could do this using multi-menu, but I need it to be automatic, so that if an editor of my site added an article that it would appear in the menu straight away. I'm looking to do this with the latest version of articles, just released. If any body can help me with the code I need, it would be great.
