Admin Area Using Old Theme

I have created my own theme, based off the default XOOPS theme.
It works fine on the whole site except the admin area. That is still showing the old default theme. How do get all areas of the site to use the new theme?

2.0.x versions of XOOPS do not theme the admin area. This will be added to 2.1
