Keep original filenames using uploader.php

Hi - I'd like to hack uploader.php so that it keeps the original name of any file uploaded (instead replacing it with a prefix and a series of digits).

Could anyone give me any tips on where to start?

Hi,

I had a brief look at the uploader.php file in the class folder, and looking from the code I think you just should not use the functions setTargetFileName() and setPrefix() in your module page.
