Setting Visible Blocks for Anon vs Registered

I am trying to set up my XOOPS site in a way that Anon users see the news and the Login block only. So I go into into Admin, and start selecting that the User Menu should not be visible and the Main Menu should not ne visible to Anon users.
Click Submit.
(This may not be a bug but it is annoying.... it now bring me to the Registered Users area, and it should keep me on the anon area for more editing.)

Now I view the Registered User Visible Blocks, who I want to have access to the Main Menu and User Menu, however, it is turned off. It seems when I edit it for Registered Users, it shows for Anon users as well.

I havent tried with the rest of the blocks yet, but so far its not good.

Thanks

Try out the blocksadmin module. its easier to understand for beginners. I still use it.
