I was looking at the dev.xoops site and see that they have the "XFaccount" module installed. Where can I download this? Or is there something different?

it is a part of xoopsforge (the module) .. what happened to the module..? someone else has to answer that one.

It is just a simple page with links to those functionalities which already are there in XOOPS profile. it's just a little different in User Interface. If you check your "view account" page you will find this module is just a customization of it.
