Hi guys,

have a simple problem (I guess) but wasn't able to dig it out.

Installed Tiny Event on my local development machine and everything works fine.

Then I did the same on the online site but here the tiny event block refuses to show up. Everything seems correct (mysql tables, block, groups, module, etc...).

What can prevent a block to be shown, though that everything seems correctly set?

Any help or hint is very welcome.

I can't answer you question but here are some suggestions - seach XOOPS FAQ, Make usre you have read the administration guide on the left, change your subject header for the post - many helpers will assume you simply haven't done 'blocks' in admin yet. Assuming you have and there still is a problem make your subject more specifc so you are not glossed over...eg lost tiny event block after upload to server.

I can only suggest that maybe

1- The block is NOT set to visible in blocks administration
2- The block has not been given permission for your groups
3- The block is showing somewhere else, ie 'visible in'
