I use the spaw editor and never haver problem with it. Now, I am testing the Koivi editor which is really nice. However, the Koivi editor is not getting the images from XOOPS image manager.
Either news 1.3 or newbb display the same problem with koivi.

Am I doing something wrong or it has a problem with image manager?

Dear Calipsy,

I had the same problem I think but solved it with some editing. The image manager is working fine outside the Koivi editor on your site?

Regards,

Martijn

Read koivi docs, for imagemanager integration you must update your system_imagemanager.html template with the one included with koivi

The thing is that I got the xoopseditor framework from devforge and the koivi is included in this pack. So, I do not have the docs on that directory.

Ah, ok. But remember that XOOPS editor framework has koivi 0.94.

The lates version is 1.0.4.1, I have solved a lot of bugs since 0.94, and 1.05 is near.

Take a look here. (and if you can, try context menus lol)

hi
koivi it's great i've been looking for an editor that it works in firefox, i would like to implement it, but i have no idea of php, maybe u could explain me a bit more the documentation????

i understood that it is for setting koivi as default editor.....Is that means it gets implement it straight away in all XOOPS form in all modules?

XoopsXKEditor in your XoopsForm

1. Copy the wysiwyg folder inside class folder //---Ok done

2. Include the class in your php file
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH . "/class/wysiwyg/formwysiwygtextarea.php"; //---where? can u tell the path folder and file?

3. Create the editor object
$wysiwyg_text_area= new XoopsFormWysiwygTextArea( _MD_CONTENTC, 'content', $content , '100%', '400px',$options); //---again where?

4. Add the editor to your form
$sform->addElement( $wysiwyg_text_area ); //---agai where?

Sorry for my completely ignorance

thanks, very apreciate
raq
