Hi!

I'm using the "Protector" module and configure it, but it is that administrator display:


'register_globals' : on   INSEGURO

    Esta configuración permite una variedad de ataques por injección.



'allow_url_fopen' : on   INSEGURO

    Esta configuración permite que atacantes ejecuten scripts remotamente a ganas.



'XOOPS_DB_PREFIX' : ezine   ok



'mainfile.php' : patched   ok



'Contraseña de reparo' : ok

How can I fix the 'allow_url_fopen' & 'register_globals'???

These are set in your webserver's php.ini file.

Yeah, I think you can only configure these yourself if you own the the webserver. If you host on a companys server, then these settings are down to them. I have the same problem with my personnal site - both of these two values are not OK but it is out of my hands I think.
