These three little links at the top of the page give (IMHO) phpBB an edge over many boards, including IPB and vBulletin.

View posts since last visit.
View your posts.
View un-answered posts.

This makes it quick and easy to see what is new, what you have said about a topic before and who still needs help.

Be a nice feature for XOOPS forum module I think.

also newbb2 includes two links in the "Main Options" dropdown:

View Unreplied Topics
View Unread Topics

I think these can be moved outside of the drop-down though modifying the template set for the module.

I had no doubt you could do this in this forum. It's just I find the three links on the forum index page are so handy. They avoid the need to keep going back to the search dialogue.
