What file do I go to to edit this? its xoopsgallery:

This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users.

Easiest way is to get a decent text editor with search in files functionality and seach the entire module for the text string you are looking for.

If it is not in the physical module files, then it must be in the database. In this case I'd expect it to be editable. Have a look around the module preferences and settings. Other than this I don't know.
