Are you looking to contract someone for the theme, or are you looking for a free theme to use?

how much would you charge for a hot XOOPS theme? are there any XOOPS Music Themes available that anyone knows of HD

To be honest, you'd probably choke if you knew how much I charge, simply because my themes take a great deal of time to develop. As for existing music themes, that I don't know.

what do you have in mind? any theme can become a music theme with content,images, and a little css work.

Looking for a Theme that would fit a Music Portal
Guidelines would be on black or dark background, dark blue lines, Nice header, something that looks contemporary- progressive. Looking for an artists rendering. Thanks HD

I looked at your site, do you want to use the same logo? Do you want a fixed width or one that expands to user resolution? Do you have any images you want to use?
