I'm not sure what the process is on this and I've been looking through my XOOPS admin panel. If anyone could give the the process I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance guys, I really love this site and my website that you all have helped me to create. It's a big part of my life.

If your host uses Cpanel, then you can use the backup features contained within it. Otherwise, you can download your XOOPS root folder and use phpmyadmin to export the tables.

Either method will work fine.

I also use this XOOPS backup module so that whenever I update something I can just click one button to quickly backup my entire database. Keep in mind though that this is only backs up your database, you'll need to backup your XOOPS files seperately.
