Automatic Admin on Registration??

It seems that every time a user registers, they automatically have access to the Administration Control Panel. I can't find a way to disable this. Any ideas?

First thing I'd be checkin is to go into your XOOPS admin panel, goto system and then groups. Make sure the registered group has NO admin access to any of your modules.
