Go to the search box on the top right and type in:

S-H-O-R-T-U-R-L

Amazingly, you will find a great deal of information, including one thread with over 200 posts. After you've put the minimal effort to look for the information you want, then people will be more willing to help...

It doesn't work with XOOPS 2.0.7.x and wasn't updated at least few months already. Forget about this hack.

It doesn't work with the XOOPS root dir.
Simple:
http://www.abc.com/xoops

Who can modify it?
