session expiration is 0, can't log into admin :(

I accidentally set my session expiration to 0. Now, I can't log in long enough to change the value back. Can someone tell me what database table and field I need to change? Thanks!!!

try this

UPDATE `xoops_config` SET `conf_value` = '15' WHERE `conf_id` = '11' LIMIT 1
