Ok I've waited long enough (avoided is more like it) to do this upgrade on my XOOPS 2.0.6 live website. :-SS
I've read the WIKI Upgrade Guide and the Upgrade 2.0.7 Release news story.

Is there anything else I need to know, read or do?

FYI I've got a standard 2.0.6 install with these additional mods agendaX, Xdirectory, citas and Xmovietime.
I'm running it on a standard box (Apache 2.0.47,Mandrake Linux, PHP/4.3.2, MySQL).

1) Clone your existing site to a test site, and try the upgrade on the test site first.

2) Before upgrading your live site, make sure you backup the files and the database.
