Hello,
I´m a really new here, this is my 1st week knowing all the CMS systems, and I have liked XOOPS over the others, but I have not been capable at this time to hide and show the side panels so I can show the board wide, without interfering side menus.

I´ve seen a very usabe system to do it remebering the closed/opened state on each subsequent page I visit:

http://www.mkportal.it

They are using a little javascript command, something like:
<div style='text-align:right;'><a href="javascript:ColumnClose('menusx');MemoPos('MKmenusx', '1');"><img src="./mkportal/templates/default/images/f2.gif" border="0"></a>&nbsp;</div>

Could you, good XOOPS Theme coders make is port to us?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, do a search for the MP0 theme (using the search box here top right), and download that theme. In there, the show/hide sidecolmns feature is added.

Thanks Herko for your fast answer :)

This theme you pointed is very good!
But I mean, Is there a way to mantain the panels closed when you click into another page? (as the sample page I mentioned?)

Thanks for advice, I am starting to learn PHP and Javascript and if I can, I want to code it.
