Do you module developers use any code creation tools to develop modules? Or is it good old vi/emacs/kate/others? Since most modules probably use smarty, how do you do this any other way? I've hacked my own module, starting with the FAQ module and I'm tired of developing with vi. What other (free) php tools are out there that I can develop modules with? And how are they used with respect to XOOPS and smarty development?
