I have a problem with News module ver. 1.1

The link in my main menu that should direct the user to the news archive points at /modules/news/Object instead of /modules/news/archive.php !

How/where do I change the URL?

not sure but check here:
this news/xoops_version.php at line 91 (approx):

// Menu
$modversion['hasMain'] = 1;
$modversion['sub'][1]['name'] = _MI_NEWS_SMNAME1;
$modversion['sub'][1]['url'] = "submit.php";
$modversion['sub'][2]['name'] = _MI_NEWS_SMNAME2;
$modversion['sub'][2]['url'] = "archive.php";

i notice you do not have submit in you sub menu, did you make changes to the above.

I forgot: I made a change to allow unregistered users to view both news and archive, but not submit!

Now I know where to look, thanks!
