Is there a module or script available for XOOPS which can play a midi file when a user clicks on a link...?

If you have a .mid file set as the target of a link, then it should automatically load and play. If you want to have MIDI music playing in the background of a page that the link takes you to, then you can add that as a statement to the page itself.

Just make a link either within a block or a news item such as
Quote:
<a href="http://www.your-site.com/music.midi">Play</a>


This will start your music.
