what dynamic group means ?

after install XOOPS you will get three groups
1- Registered Users
2- Anonymous Users
3- Webmasters

the dynamic group it will be

4- Full Registered Users

Full Registered Users = they can download , upload (my dowloads) , can download attachment (new newbb module) and more ( like add news )

the new install of XOOPS will be

1- Registered Users ( 0 post and only can add comments and reply )
2- Anonymous Users ( 0 post . just a visitor )
3- Webmasters ( full control )
4- Full Registered Users ( XX post from your chose )

it will be good feature
