excuse me for this basic question
how can i have flying images for example flowers in my theme ? like snow in xmas theme

and how can i show only in header?

I don't think you can do it in just the header unless it was a frame or done in flash. Although, you could go to www.dynamicdrive.com for scripts that will achieve the results you are looking for.

These scripts can pasted directly into your theme.html

jes its Java Script issue
I think it Could be placed in a Block (but I haven't tried ;).

U could grasp one of those js files with snow and change the picture of snow into flower .
