I can't understand what happened, but I got only design template on my pages. I cannot login to admin panel, cause when i type ad.dre.ss/user.php it is blank too...

I got this problem before..
i check and i found out that my XOOPS database was totally gone.

You go and check with your web host.

It must have been solved, since I can see all pages on your website, including user.php.
