I finished installing my XOOPS on my server. Everything went fine. Only, when I logged in as the admin and click Administration Menu it takes me to :: This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed.


I press Submit, and it says : If the page does not automatically reload, please click here.

But it just takes me right back to where I was before. It is really getting me mad.

Thanks. It was my firewall all along. I am running Norton 2003 and the moment I turned it off, it was working just fine. No more looping back to the same screen.

Sounds like a Browser Privacy problem. If you turn that off in Norton you can still have the rest of norton running (firewall, etc.).

Well, it worked for me, anyway.
