Ok, I simply did a search on Google for "xoops somara yellow theme and this is what came up!

maybe you can post what's happening or going wrong with the theme, so we can help.

I am not convinced there is a problem with the theme. What I can see is the word "Veranstaltungskalender" in the menu and I think the length of the word is expanding the block width beyond the menu header. Try using a shorter word or 2 small ones, this should bring the block width back in line.
