I dont know how to put news on main page not articles but news in articles, can anyone help ? Thanks in advance

Do you mean have the news module be your main page? Or using a module like the spotlight module to feature a story and have links to the rest of the news in that block?

I want new on main page just like on this site, but i dont know how to do that so i dont know what to tell u lol

Go to system admin and click on the system icon, choose preferences, then general settings.

Look for "Module for your start page" in your options and choose news from the dropdown menu. That will make the news module your home page. Just like here at xoops.org.
