I have deleted all files from my DATABASE.
I have deleted all files from ftp too, except teplates_c , i get error message: (smart ftp log) DELE db%3Acontact_contactusform.html
550 db%3Acontact_contactusform.html: Forbidden command argument


Is this bug?

If you have cpanel with your webhost provider, try deleting the files through the cpanel file manager. I had to do that once for a file that wouldn't delete through ftp.

There is no cpanel :(

I wonder if the %3A is causing the problem. You might try a different FTP client. If you use a command-line FTP client, e.g. the "ftp" command in a DOS Prompt window or the Unix "ftp" command, I think you can do a wildcard delete.

But i like my current ftp client (it's very cheap). Any sugestions?

Haven't had any problems with SmartFTP yet - except for the fact that it cannot upload directories...

It's not smartftp bug, i got same error message with IE
