With php debug on I get the following:

Any idea why?

It means that _MI_WEBLOG_DESC isn't defined in the language file. It needs to be tho.

I don't know that module (I prefer the same app stand alone). Under that module's folder should be a language folder and any languages installed. Under that should be some files with the translations. Possibly the modinfo.php file is what you want. It is either missing (sample the others) or is spelled wrong.
