I am trying to download the SubBlack theme for XOOPS (dunno what version it is available for) and i found 1 site that should have it but i cannot register myself there bcause when i do that it says "cannot register user" now can anyone help me get the theme?

for those who do not know what it looks like i have a phpbb board with the same theme at ChapterOne.nl

If it is a theme copying SubBlack of PHPBB,
or FI subBlack of ForumImages,
permission would be obtained to the author and he will be supplied widely also to my site.

PetitOOps'sDownload is a registration system, but all themes can be seen by the Theme-Selector.
Please see once!

Looks nice but i cannot read chinese or whatever language it is.

Please can anyone help me get the SubBlack theme.

Software firewall is probably blocking HTTP Referrer and hence also blocking the user registration
