Hey,

I have lots of experiance with html and graphics design and I want to design a XOOPS theme. Does anybody have any help or anything to get me started? I've never designed a theme or template before.

Yup, and take a peek at any one of your theme folders to get a grasp at how this work as well. Quite insightful and fun :)
