Newbie: News module only displaying two drop down menues.

Hi fellow Xoopsians,
I have installed xoops, but I am having a problem with the news module only displaying two dropdowns, one being a select of news and the other a in int. The button says go.

Any suggestions?

What you're seeing is a filter form so that users can select a particular topic (the first box) and the number of posts per page (the int) of news. If you're ONLY seeing this in the module, it's probably just because you haven't created any categories or posted any news items yet.
